"My best friend was coming close to the end of a long battle with cancer and it was time to bring in a home aide, but my friend wouldn't accept this need. Brooke worked with me, often after normal business hours, on the language to use and the reasons to give my friend, that helped my friend accept that she needed help, without causing her to lose hope or independence. She helped me problem solve many issues as my friend's illness progressed and she didn't want to accept it. Brooke was very compassionate, knowledgeable, patient and kind and was always prompt in getting back to me.
